Requirements
- Minimum of one year leadership experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Basic math skills
- Experience using POS programs and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates professional maturity at all times
- Interpersonal and communications skills
- Familiarity with customer service principals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Performs end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations and balancing concession stands
- Process lead check out paperwork
- Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- Initiates recounts of inventory during nightly audits
- Working on non-event days for inventory and/or special events
- Performs other duties as assigned
