THE CITY OF LEAWOOD, KANSAS is looking for a Concession Manager Are you ideal for working as a Concessions Manager at the Leawood Aquatic? Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent? Are you 18 years of age OR older? Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills? Are you reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment? Are you ready to make some extra money for the summer? Do you have cash-handling experience? Do you have experience in managing employees? What about managing employees at a concession stand? As the Concessions Manager, you will work: Approximately 30 hours per week between 11:30 am and 8 pm. Weekdays, nights, weekends, and one to two holidays. The Pool Season runs from May to September. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the concession stand.
- Pre-season preparation of the concession stand, including ordering food, beverages, and supplies.
- Training seasonal staff on daily concession operations, including opening and closing procedures, equipment management, cash handling, and food preparation.
- Processing pool admissions, season passes, concessions sales, and end-of-day procedures.
- Maintaining inventory of all food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as needed and updating inventory records in Rectrac.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sinks, drinking fountains, ice machine, and all appliances within the concession stand.
