About The Position

Under the direction and supervision of the Athletic Superintendent, the concession staff are primarily responsible for serving food and beverages from our concession stand to our guests. Prepping food for serving, serving food, cleaning duties, and stocking of product are the main responsibilities of this position.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Candidate must be 21 years of age or older
• Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Certification and Basset Certification before start date.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in order taking, preparing food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner while assisting in the overall operation of concession stands.
• Ensures a safe and sanitary working area.
• May perform other cleaning duties as required (cleaning concession area, removing trash, wipe down tables, sweep and/or mop the floor, etc.).
• Responsible for proper payment and day end balance.
• Monitor alcohol consumption for guest safety.
• Checks l.D.'s to establish legal drinking age.
• Relate to the public in a polite and professional manner
• Operate Point of Sale system
