Under supervision of designated supervisor, perform a variety of tasks related to the production and service of food and beverage items; ensure positive guest service in designated area, and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety. Properly record all transactions via the point of sale system. Serve food and beverage items in correct portions. Interact with customers/guests in a pleasant and professional manner. Acquaint guests with items for sale and use suggestive selling techniques. Participate in set-up of stand, arranging inventory; notify supervisor of any inventory deficiency. Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area including cleaning and storing the equipment. Physical Demands This position requires stopping and lifting, substantial standing and walking.
