About The Position

Join the excitement of game days and events at the iconic Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Concessions team and help deliver unforgettable culinary experiences to our guests. Process lead checkout paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Perform end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations, and balancing of Concession Stands. Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing to assist with paperwork, polling processes, and reporting. Monitor product control and ensure proper handling of inventory equipment. Initiate recounts of inventory during nightly audits to ensure accuracy. Assist with inventory management on non-event days and special events as needed. Check in and check out radios, keys, and other essential equipment for stand teams. Collaborate with Concessions Supervisors to ensure proper close-out procedures and inventory controls are met. File, organize, and maintain documentation to ensure proper record-keeping and easy retrieval. Prepare and maintain event production logs, temperature logs, and other necessary reports. Assist with uniform check-in and check-out processes for all team members. Manage phone and radio communications, utilizing professional communication with team members. Process product reorder requests and coordinate with the warehouse for inventory replenishment. Assist with purchase orders and manage inventory for Concessions locations. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support operations. Assists with coordination of daily and event specific logistics and operations as required. Ensure compliance with all Levy policies, procedures, and Levy Core Signatures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills; with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling reconciliations and accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
  • This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
  • Frequent sedentary position while completing computer work.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
  • Frequently required to use fingers and hands to type, enter data, or operate equipment

Nice To Haves

  • 1 years’ experience in Lead role preferred.
