About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service/Concessions Window Attendant. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of food items, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and possessing physical stamina
Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time, may fluctuate.
May handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
Reach with hands and arms, communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information.
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions; complete all required forms.
May be required to travel for training sessions off-site on an ad-hoc basis.
May be occasionally required to cover for front desk staff at other communities within a reasonable commuting distance when needed.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
Ability to respond to emergencies and callouts in a timely manner.
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk continuously while delivering food.
Comfortable working in hot conditions, as most food is served poolside at our resort.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
Prepare and serve menu items such as hot dogs, nachos, chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, salads, and soft serve ice cream and more.
Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
Assist with food preparation, setup, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Run food from kitchen to guests in a fast and accurate manner
Verify each order is complete before leaving the kitchen
Support servers and kitchen staff during service
Keep expo line and service areas clean and organized
Restock supplies and assist with guest service as needed
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
