About The Position

Members of the JCPRD Concessions team will assist in general duties and serve in the role as a runner, at the register, or in the kitchen during any given shift. Register staff take customer orders and communicate them to other team members, operate the register to enter transactions, complete cash handling responsibilities and assist with fulfilling orders as needed. Runners are responsible for fulfilling orders and completing light food preparation for items such as nachos or pretzels and keeping all products stocked and ready for service. Kitchen duties include ensuring products sold are prepared safely and to Health Department and JCPRD standards, assist with fulfilling orders, and keeping the kitchen clean. All service roles must communicate clearly with fellow team members and supervisors during each shift to ensure customers receive prompt and exceptional customer service. Practice proper food safety. Set-up and clean concessions and surrounding areas. Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 15 years and older.
  • Must be available Weekends and Evenings.
  • If not Servsafe Food Handler Certified or equivalent, JCPRD will require during training period. (JCPRD paid)
