About The Position

The COMSEC Manager is responsible for ensuring the safeguarding, accountability, and control of all COMSEC material and devices, in strict compliance with NSA, DoD, CNSSI, and other Federal Regulations. The role reports to the Vice President of Facilities and Government Security and will be onsite in our Denver, CO office.

Requirements

5+ years of COMSEC experience in aerospace, defense, or government environments.
Completion of NSA COMSEC Custodian training or equivalent.
Strong experience in vendor management and stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated experience of COMSEC equipment (e.g. KG-175, KIV devices, key loaders).
U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Ability to maintain or obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

Manage and administer True Anomaly's COMSEC program in compliance with NSA, DOD 5220.22-M, CNSSI 4000 series and NISPOM requirements.
Serve as COMSEC Custodian, responsible for the secure receipt, control, storage, distribution, and destruction of COMSEC-keying material and equipment.
Develop, maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for COMSEC handling, incident response, reporting, and audits.
Conduct internal self-inspections, prepare for government audits, and ensure timely resolution of corrective actions.
