About The Position

The CMMS Administrator at the Devens Massachusetts site will be responsible for processing requests in support of the CMMS master data. This person will act as a gatekeeper in both processing requests but also enforcing data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience with a CMMS with maintenance and calibration, Maximo experience is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • High school diploma/ Associates degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • Experience in a GxP environment or equivalent knowledge of GxP requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance, operations and engineering generally attained through studies resulting in a b.s., in engineering, a related discipline, or its equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures data integrity and alignment of processes of master data with the CMMS system within established service level agreements.
  • Primary gatekeeper of the master data change request lifecycle.
  • Primary executor of change management requests working with required stakeholders.
  • Secondary provider of data extracts in support of data management bulk requests.
  • Enforce data management request integrity ensuring all required fields are compliant with procedures.
  • Secondary provides tags numbers for new assets upon request.
  • Review data management queue and escalate issues.
