About The Position
Computer Technician I 2025/2026 School Year 8 hours per day 235 days per year Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each performance responsibility and its associated duty in a satisfactory manner. The qualification requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. High school diploma or equivalent Degree in Information Technology or appropriate experience in computer and other technology use, configuration, setup and repair to equal two (2) years. A+ certification preferred Demonstrates communication and public relations skills Valid New Mexico driver's license with insurable driving record. Position Goal Provides technician level computer support for the district technology department. Major systems are Microsoft Windows 7 Operating Systems, Apple hardware and software, Microsoft Office software, district approved software programs, printer installations and troubleshooting, wired and wireless network protocols, phone systems, internet information services, E-mail and district technology hardware. Additional compensation for certifications and licesure. Please contact the HR Office for additional information. Max Salary is Dependent on Years of Experience
Requirements
