About The Position

This position performs desktop and network support to local area network users and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with technology and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include: Analyzing and coordinating resolution of hardware, software, and network communication problems Assisting with planning and designing of office network layouts Evaluating the effectiveness of hardware, software, and communication performance Researching and recommending improvements and solutions Installing and maintaining an inventory of computers and electronic equipment Providing training and support to peers and other teams

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of work-related experience communicating verbally and/or in writing, guiding end users through computer related inquiries
  • Two (2) years of work-related experience supporting/troubleshooting Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Teams
  • Two (2) years of work-related experience deploying, maintaining, supporting/troubleshooting computer hardware/software
  • Two (2) years of work-related experience supporting/troubleshooting Microsoft OS (Windows) in an enterprise environment
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and willingness to learn and improve current skills.
  • Ability to install and maintain computer equipment with the ability to bend, stoop and kneel in awkward positions and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations.
  • Adherence at the minimum to the standard work schedule of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Willingness and ability to work outside your regular work schedule, when needed to include travel as applicable

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree or an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in Information Technology.
