About The Position

Creek Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company with nationwide contracts and exciting opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a Computer Support Technician (CST) to join our team full-time on-site. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and IT support to end users across a range of technical environments.

Requirements

  • Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE (or higher; mandatory for DoD 8570 compliance)
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience in a help desk or desktop support role
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and general networking

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming support calls and generate detailed incident reports (trouble tickets)
  • Record user information including location and asset data
  • Perform basic troubleshooting via phone or remote desktop control
  • Attempt resolution of common technical issues on first contact
  • Resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 using advanced problem analysis and remote support tools
  • Provide support for walk-in users, including: Common Access Card (CAC) PIN resets NIPRNet/SIPRNet account resets VIP service requests
  • Provide on-site support for issues requiring physical presence or advanced troubleshooting
  • Dispatch to user locations when remote support is insufficient
