Provide hands-on support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications. Relocate and set up IT equipment for staff moves and department changes. Use ServiceNow to manage and document support tickets and work performed. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to minimize disruption to patient care. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies, including data security and privacy standards. Support mobile devices and hospital-specific applications. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of hospital staff from an IT perspective. Participate in routine maintenance, patching, and updates of systems. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
