About The Position

We are seeking an experienced part-time Computer Manager to join our team! As the Computer Manager, you will be directly supporting all staff and customers across the company with information technology (IT) and technical issues, equipment, and policies. You will also oversee all upgrades to equipment, manage security concerns, and communicate effectively with all our customers. The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of IT policies, experience managing a team, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Demonstratable ability to lead a team
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, best practices, and services
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and guidance to staff on all technical aspects
• Assist with training for staff on basic IT best practices company wide
• Oversee all installation and upgrades to computers and IT devices, as necessary
• Document all work performed, create status reports for ongoing issues, and maintain detailed records
• Oversee security functions to identify threats and manage security concerns
