Provides on-site support for computer hardware, peripheral, and data cabling issues. Repairs or replaces faulty hardware or cabling when dispatched to a restaurant. Maintains the hardware depot facility, which includes preparing new hardware, tracking warranty information, repairing faulty hardware and testing hardware prior to deployment. This position requires the ability to work after-hours “on call.” Some travel required as needed.
