About The Position

Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering is looking to add qualified mold makers to our team who have experience in manufacturing and trialing compression molds. Day shift and night shift opportunities are available. Qualified applicants should have: minimum of 2-3 years mold maker experience on SMC/Compression molds proficiency at general disassembly and assembly of compression molds, including the ability to conduct repairs and preventative maintenance. proficiency with hand tools and basic machines used to modify and assemble components experience with mold shear hot spotting ability to assist with mold trials and limited production runs experienced in operating overhead cranes and forklifts Our team members enjoy: a comprehensive benefit package, competitive wages, 401k, paid vacation, paid holidays, education reimbursement program, flexible schedule, on-site fitness center. Requirements
