About The Position

General Responsibilities Preform preventative maintenance, repairs and modifications on injection molds. Assemble and dis-assemble molds for changeover, repairs and spare component analysis. Provide technical assistance to technical and production teams as needed. Troubleshoot mold tooling issues and implement a plan to solve the problems found Complete mold tooling documentation as needed. Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and technical problem solving
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Ability to be flexible in approach and adapt to workload.
• Methodical problem solving approach
• Good understanding of operating a Mill, Lathe, Grinder, and Welder
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Hot Runner Knowledge of heaters, thermocouples and other components.
• Observe safe rigging and mold handling practices.

Responsibilities
