Compounding & Mixing Operator - 2nd Shift
About The Position

At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray which is a foundation to cooking, baking, or grilling a delicious meal. Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will combine raw ingredients and oversee the mixing process. You will join a team of over 150 associates and support safe, reliable, and high‑quality production while collaborating across departments to maintain food safety and operational excellence.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Forklift operator experience
- Willingness to work overtime to support production demand
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- Willing to work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures
- Commitment to safety, sanitation, and food‑handling expectations
Responsibilities
- You will combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate all related compounding equipment.
- You will oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department.
- You will use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.
- You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and all Conagra policies.
- You will identify food safety risks and escalate issues.
