About The Position

We’re growing and looking for an Experienced Compounder Mixing Technician to join our second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. This is a key production role responsible for safely and accurately preparing batches, handling actives and concentrates, and ensuring product quality under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

  • Prior compounding or mixing experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or food production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed batch instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with automation (HMI systems preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Read batch sheets to weigh and process raw materials.
  • Operate advanced systems (heat exchangers, inductors, HMIs, pumps and transfer lines).
  • Adjust pH, viscosity, and other in-process parameters to meet specifications.
  • Document all steps per GMP and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Laboratory teams for sampling and verification.
  • Maintain clean, sanitized tanks, lines, and equipment between batches.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and minor processing issues.
  • Support safe handling of chemicals and concentrated ingredients.
