About The Position

We are growing and are looking for an Entry-Level Compounder Mixing Technician. Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn how products are made? At Cosmos Corporation, we’ll teach you how to become a Compounder Mixing Technician; a critical role in turning raw ingredients into our natural health and pet care products. You’ll train alongside experienced technicians to gain technical skills that open doors for long-term career growth in manufacturing. What You’ll Learn During Training How to read batch sheets and weigh ingredients accurately. How to mix and compound formulas used in health and wellness products. How to operate production equipment such as mixers, tanks, pumps, and transfer systems. How to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures. How to complete batch documentation and work cross-functionally with Quality and Production teams. How to perform cleaning and sanitization procedures between runs. Training Details Training period: First shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) for approximately 4 months. After training, you’ll transition to 2nd shift (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). You’ll work with senior Compounders and the Mixing Supervisor to build confidence and technical mastery. Starting pay: $17.50 per hour, with room to grow to $19.50 once you complete training!

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Dependability and teamwork.
  • Comfort working in a hands-on, physical environment (lifting up to 50 lbs./day).
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
