The Role: We are operating advanced manufacturing systems across the full production lifecycle from raw material processing through final inspection and finishing. Our success depends on precise execution, process control, and disciplined operation of complex equipment and workflows. We are looking for skilled technicians and operators who bring hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain stable, high-performance production systems. This is a general opportunity to engage talent with experience across key process areas within Composites. Requirements
- Experience with composites or similar materials
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- High attention to detail

- NDI familiarity
Responsibilities
- Perform layup, bagging, and material prep
- Operate curing equipment and follow cure cycles
- Inspect parts for defects (voids, delamination)
- Maintain cleanliness and handling standards
