We form value through combined effort with our customers and stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced Composites Apprentice to work in our Detail department. This role supports the production operations to ensure the organization is able to keep up with production demand and meet quality needs.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined and Detail Oriented.
- Safety conscientious.
- Familiar with pneumatic tools.
- HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
- Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools such as rulers and calipers Technical Skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
- Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift).
- Adherence to McClarin PPE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Inspects parts for non-conformities and repair as needed.
- Drill or grind repairs as needed.
- Assist in packaging of parts.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Other tasks as assigned.
