We form value through combined effort with our customers and stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced Composites Apprentice to work in our RTM department. This role supports the production operations to ensure the organization is able to keep up with production demand and meet quality needs.

Requirements

Mechanically inclined and Detail Oriented.
Safety conscientious.
Familiar with pneumatic tools.
HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
Must Haves:
Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools such as rulers and calipers Technical Skills.
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift).
Adherence to McClarin PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper procedure is followed to secure mold for resin transfer.
Continually monitor mold as resin is being transferred to stop all air leaks with sealant.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Other tasks as assigned.
