About The Position
You are friendly, helpful, and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests. You understand the importance of providing warm service and making sure complimentary offerings are clean, stocked, and guest ready. If you like working with people and supporting daily food service operations, keep reading. THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE The Role As a Complimentary Services Attendant, you support the setup, service, and breakdown of complimentary food and beverage offerings, such as breakfast or evening receptions. You help keep the area clean, stocked, and inviting while providing excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
- Able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in food service or customer service is preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up and restock complimentary food and beverage items
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Keep the service and dining areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor food levels and replenish items throughout the shift
- Assist with light food preparation and basic service tasks
- Clear tables and maintain a tidy environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate supply needs or equipment issues to leadership
