About The Position

Jacksonville Embassy Suites is looking for a Complimentary Services Attendant to join our growing team!

The Complimentary Services Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality continental breakfast and social hours and maintaining the cleanliness of the lodge and servicing meetings in progress in a fast, friendly, efficient, and professional manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required OR 1-year related experience or training
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily breakfast  set-up is on schedule and presentable
• Anticipates and intervenes in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests, within hotel policy and service recovery procedures
• Maintains proper dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
