Works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and decision making. This level is typically focused on self-development. Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training. Monitor regulatory as well as insurer/investor guideline changes and identify changes that impact loan servicing operations. Work with division director and appropriate staff to identify impacted areas and develop policy and procedural changes needed. Document changes to policies, procedures and systems in the appropriate manual, change logs, etc. Work with staff to troubleshoot issues with policies, procedures and systems and develop solutions. Document issues and resolutions. Provide training to staff on existing and updated policies and procedures, and training on regulatory and investor/insurer requirements. Field loan-level and scenario questions from directors and senior staff regarding regulatory and investor/insurer compliance. Review quality control findings and work with division directors to implement policy and procedural solutions where applicable. Assist with audits by various federal agencies such as HUD, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, USDA, etc. Participate in various user groups and periodic meetings with vendors and trade groups. Consult with Legal Compliance staff when appropriate.

Requirements
