We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance, Credentialing, Licensing, and Accreditation (CCLA) team. This role ensures our organization remains in compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body requirements (including Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and insurance contracts).The Compliance Specialist will partner with the Compliance Officer and leadership to identify risks, implement policies, and monitor adherence to standards. This position integrates compliance oversight with quality improvement initiatives, helping ensure staff are trained, risks are mitigated, and client care consistently meets the highest standards. This is a primarily on-site position in Milton, New Hampshire, along with flexible travel (10–15%) for audits, surveys, and facility support.
