About The Position
Heartland Credit Union is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Compliance Specialist. This individual is responsible for analyzing current, new or pending laws and regulations which will affect the credit union's operations, particularly as they would apply to the mortgage department. This person would maintain and manage a comprehensive quality control program and assessment for the mortgage files to ensure compliance with all guidelines; including all HMDA reviews and reporting.
Requirements
- Three to five years similar or related experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Commitment to exceptional service
Responsibilities
- Analyzing current, new or pending laws and regulations which will affect the credit union's operations, particularly as they would apply to the mortgage department.
