Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, this role plays a vital part in supporting day-to-day compliance operations and ensuring that our lending activities align with all relevant regulatory and internal requirements. This is an onsite role at our Fort Lauderdale office, where you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-energy environment that values accuracy, integrity, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to learn and grow within the mortgage compliance space. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to assist with due diligence reviews, state licensing, regulatory audits, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
