About The Position

About the Role: As Senior Compliance Manager, you will focus on designing, delivering, and overseeing our mandatory compliance training programs globally while managing key compliance projects from inception through post-implementation review. What You'll Do: Lead the annual essential learning curriculum, ensuring all regulatory-required compliance training is identified, developed, and deployed across all regions Map and interpret global regulatory requirements; partner with local counsels and works councils to secure necessary approvals Define assignment parameters in the learning management system, monitor global completion rates, drive follow-up actions, and report to senior leadership Develop and implement detailed communication plans with internal communications teams to improve training awareness and engagement Collaborate with learning & development teams and external vendors to design, customize, or procure training content on diverse compliance topics Plan, implement, and finalize compliance projects—from technology implementations to global training roll-outs Act as a liaison with global collaborators (legal, HR, operations, IT) to align project goals, timelines, and outcomes Facilitate post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and find opportunities for continuous improvement Draft, review, and maintain up-to-date global and local policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DOJ Corporate Enforcement Policy requirements and other key international regulatory frameworks Assist the Director, Global Policy Management compliance initiatives, as assigned Demonstrate CBRE RISE values by setting a positive example, following established procedures, and delivering high-quality performance
