Responsibilities Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, security, vendor contract, training, security, and financial rules and regulations. Establish classroom schedules and coordinate with Station Trainer on all trainings. Monitor the progress of all agents especially on HAZMAT, Dangerous Goods, and security training. Conduct investigations on any irregularities or fines received from any government agencies. Drive communication with management for the approval of all invoices. Qualifications Who are we looking for? Requirements Minimum age: 18 High School diploma, GED, or international equivalent Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners Flexible to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and rotating days off Must enjoy working in an administrative environment and be able to multi-task effectively Must be detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and proactive Must be able to read , write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be eligible to travel to the United States for training. Requirements

Minimum age: 18
