The Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) is searching for a Compliance Programs Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to bring meaningful changes and tackle issues affecting at-risk youth. Basic Purpose The Compliance Programs Manager serves as a senior, agency-wide coordinator and subject-matter expert responsible for compliance, oversight, and administration of critical juvenile justice programs. This position leads agency efforts related to PREA compliance, parole administration, ACA accreditation, policy governance, and federal census reporting. The role works closely with facility leadership, state office executives, external auditors, and legal partners to ensure regulatory compliance, program integrity, and operational consistency. This position exercises independent judgment and provides subject-matter expertise across multiple high-risk and high-visibility program areas.
