The Compliance Operations Analyst will assist in supporting site-level coordination for compliance processes, particularly during new credit allocations, inspections, or intensive compliance events. This role is highly resident-facing and logistics-driven, helping to collect documentation, schedule eligibility interviews, and move files through the intake pipeline efficiently. This team member brings energy, flexibility, and initiative—keeping timelines on track and communication flowing between site staff, residents, and the compliance team. In addition to the outlined duties and responsibilities, it is expected that the employee will uphold a positive work environment and embodies Trellis' mission to cultivate a culture of collaboration, respect, trust, and open communication by assuming best intentions in all interactions, both internally and in service to the residents.
