Ability to follow structured processes and maintain confidentiality
Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide timely updates on recent changes to credit card policies related to billing.
Enter contract and billing details accurately into Word or Excel templates.
Review source documents for billing terms and effective dates before inputting data.
Record billing cadence (weekly or bi-weekly) in designated spreadsheets.
Maintain organized files and compliance logs for audit readiness.
Verify accuracy of entered data against original documents.
Support compliance tracking by ensuring all records are complete and accessible.
