Support compliance audits and risk assessments and adherence to their findings. Partnering with human resources to identify and monitor critical risk areas, planning for mitigating risks, and developing action plans. Works directly with the Human Resources Director for audits involving all behavioral health programs. NOTE : Employees will be required to be fingerprinted and will be subject to clearance by the Department of Justice.
