The Compliance Manager plays a key role in guiding and supporting our client's health and welfare compliance efforts. In this position, you’ll be a trusted resource for navigating regulatory requirements, offering insight, training, and education to help our team feel confident and informed. You’ll also partner closely with clients to strengthen their understanding of compliance expectations and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work with internal and external partners—including AssuredPartners, compliance teams, vendors, and industry associations—to help maintain strong alignment with all applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise will help create a culture of clarity, integrity, and shared responsibility.
