About The Position

This position requires an individual with a minimum of 5 -7 years leadership experience along with a proven track record of managing multiple locations for the following service lines; mail, shipping/receiving, copy, switchboard (receptionist) and other related office services, have the ability to identify and resolve potential problems, strong leadership, customer relationship skills, project management, excellent computer skills, along with other duties as assigned. The Operations Manager provides leadership, operational support, ensures TMG Best Practices compliance and client satisfaction. They are responsible for training/educating of employees, monitoring operations budgets (salary) to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements. Primary Job Description Overview Plans and supports all technology strategies for the Company. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate technology-efficient decision-making. Acts as the technology point of contact to management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance for high-priority projects. Reports to the Director of Innovation & Safety. Travel is expected with no limitations. Primary office location is TMG HQ (minimum office hours of Tues-Thurs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or technology, or a minimum of five (5) years industry-related experience.
  • Leadership: the ability to lead people and get results through others.
  • Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Employee training and development with new product orientation (advisory role)
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

  • Program management
  • Mercury Mail-The Compliance Manager will be the primary contact for all client/prospect-facing and will work closely with the software developer.
  • Be able to highlight and demo the software application.
  • Be integrated into and lead the sales strategy for the application.
  • Responsible for transitions/integration
  • Innovation-Assist in long-term planning for technology, both hardware and software. Continue with the development and improvement of the application.
  • Corporate IT Support- Act as the technology advisor for all corporate needs (Hardware, Saas, etc.)
  • Meet with the Company Director of Innovation & Safety monthly to review progress of research and projects
  • Works closely with TMG's Software engineer for hardware strategies
  • Present and organize modern technology strategies as part of the innovation team
  • Maintains POC relationship with technology solutions (external IT support etc.)
  • Build a Best-in-Class strategy that is commensurate with the needs to maintain competitiveness.
  • Improvements or replacements of current programs
  • Forecast 3-5 technology concepts.
  • For each project, define these three traits: Importance to the TMG evolution of technology improvements, Value proposition to the bottom line, how do we earn from the project, A clear definition of what success looks like for each project. Defined as a competitive differentiator. Defined as a Best-in-Class service to the TMG model. Defined as profitable.
  • Third Party Risk Administrator-Be the primary manager of all TPR and SIG requirements.
  • Maintain all client-directed portals.
  • Update all TMG-related documents as necessary.
  • Meet all client regulatory demands.
  • Work closely with TMG external IT as necessary.
  • Additional Duties assigned- Employee understands that additional duties may be assigned from time to time. Employee is expected to support all needs to better the firm.
