About The Position

The Compliance Manager oversees the company's adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance required.
• Experience with interpreting government agency correspondence and regulations.
• Working knowledge of commercial building operation systems including HVAC, kitchens, heating and cooling facilities, backup generators, sewer systems, etc.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of proficiency with computers, spreadsheets and office equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Investigate and report compliance issues to management and ensure findings have been successfully mitigated.
• Assist in areas of construction as needed.
• Safeguard the reputation and minimize the risk of the company.
