The Compliance Manager, Renewable Feedstock is responsible for understanding, developing, and executing the compliance program related to the buying and selling of renewable fuel feedstocks in North America. This will include full responsibility of process and documentation requirements for renewable fuel programs we buy and sell North American feedstocks into around the world such as ISCC, LCFS, CFR and any other programs our feedstock sales are associated with globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Agriculture/Sustainability related field
  • Communicates clearly both verbally and in written form; excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manages the documentation and processing of compliance requirements of global renewable fuel programs associated with North American feedstocks
  • Manages the completion of internal and external audits related to global renewable fuel programs
  • Assists in formalizing processes for new programs and general growth of Darling's finished goods waste fats and oils portfolio
  • Supports and executes training of Procurement and Sales staff in renewable fuel feedstock compliance matters and general program updates
  • Assists in administrative support of compliant reporting of renewable feedstock sales and any applicable administration surrounding export sales
  • All other duties as assigned
