About The Position

The Compliance, Integrity, and Audit Leader is responsible for auditing the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance and execution of programs. This role ensures adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best ethical practices

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in oil and gas profession
  • Computer competence required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Experience in auditing cross functional processes.
  • Ability to write in-depth reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of Nabors.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to engage across multiple levels of the organization.
  • High ethical standards and diligence.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to the company’s industry (e.g. ISO, API Q1 / Q2, IADC, OSHA, IOSH, CFR, SIMS II etc.)
  • Field operations knowledge, experience with QHSE and training program structures and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and assess organizational compliance with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies.
  • Lead and validate the implementation of new regulatory requirements and updates to existing policies.
  • Track and report audit findings, corrective actions, and closure timelines.
  • Ensure policies are effectively communicated and accessible to staff across the organization.
  • Identify compliance Integrity and emerging risks; recommend and support mitigation strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, HSE, and IT teams to investigate and address compliance breaches in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide regular reports to management on audit findings, compliance trends, and risk indicators.
  • Lead a Recommends Process Improvements Team Workshop to enhance the safe work practices
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising policies, procedures, and investigations
  • Global travel is required to conduct audits at area offices or field sites.
