The Compliance Director is essential in making sure Isaiah House follows all laws and regulations, helping protect the organization from risk. They support the mission by ensuring services are safe, high-quality, and compliant across all programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field strongly preferred. Equivalent experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory operations may be considered.
  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or ability to attain certification within a year.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, credentialing, regulatory oversight, or a related role.
  • Experience within an FQHC, community health center, behavioral health, or substance use treatment setting strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulation
  • Strong knowledge of CARF accreditation, ASAM Level of Care certification, KYARR certification, and AODE/BHSO licensures and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee credentialing and privileging processes to ensure all providers meet regulatory and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with HRSA, CARF, Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory standards.
  • Lead audit preparation and support site visits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
  • Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and staff training programs.
  • Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions across both clinical and residential programs.
