The Medical Records Compliance Director is responsible for overseeing the organization’s compliance, risk management, HIPAA, and medical records policies and programs. This role ensures the agency maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while supporting patient safety, risk reduction, and organizational integrity. The Director works collaboratively with leadership, regulatory agencies, and staff to develop policies, monitor compliance, investigate incidents, and implement training programs that strengthen organizational accountability and regulatory readiness.
