About The Position

The Compliance Coordinator will support the Compliance team with developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability for the organization’s products and/or development processes under the direction of the Quality and Compliance Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers and auditors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
  • Ability to maintain close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • 1+ year experience in administrative, compliance, quality, or documentation support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable working in computer-based systems for most of the workday.
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of working with Synapse (preferred)
  • 1+ years of working with Excel (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support Management with delegated tasks, including:
  • Retail Escalation Tickets: Research purchase orders and determine whether RJW is responsible for associated charges or if they should be disputed.
  • Routing Guide Reviews: Evaluate routing guides to confirm compliance with retailer requirements.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Review network wide SOPs and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and process accuracy.
  • Pallet Provider Scorecards: Review weekly performance scorecards and communicate results to pallet vendors to highlight key metrics.
  • Inbound Load Reviews: Conduct reviews at the request of customers or when trends are identified by management or facility leadership.
  • POD Reports: Receive and respond to requests from Walmart regarding missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Interact with other supervisors/managers within RJW to share best practices.
  • Performs activities to support the quality system, quality policy, quality procedures, work procedures.
  • Assisting maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and provides support to the team as needed.
