The Compliance Coordinator works in collaboration with the Operations Coordinator to assure the delivery of quality community-based services to their assigned team. Ensure that all compliance tasks including documentation are completed accurately and within the established timelines. Assist with building and fostering a culture that: a. Encourages others to think outside the box while meeting new challenges. b. Tempers high expectations for job performance with kindness. c. Holds people accountable with respect. d. Allows for transparent communication. Meets compliance on the team by holding all accountable. Works as part of a team to foster creativity throughout areas for growth, business development, and person-centered planning. Assure that Agency policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to: abuse and neglect, financial documentation, and human resources. Be visible to employees and all those receiving services, directly and indirectly. This visibility extends throughout all Area physical locations and all services provided. Establish and maintain consistent lines of communication with all stakeholders. Promote a proactive approach when facing change. Be directly involved with and promote inter-area collaboration in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of projects that meet and exceed HCBS rulings. Actively participate in meeting goals set forth in the Agency’s Strategic plan. Willing to be flexible with schedule and put in the necessary time to ensure superior service delivery.
