This Compliance and BSA Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Bank's comprehensive Compliance Management System, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring adherence to federal and state laws and regulations, conducting research to address inquiries from teammates, assisting with investigations, and identifying monitoring exceptions and data integrity errors. Additionally, the specialist will assist in implementing a training program to educate Bank team members on applicable laws, regulations, and their compliance responsibilities. All duties must be performed in alignment with banking laws and regulations governing deposits, operations, and lending. In addition, our FIRST Values apply to all teammates without exception.
