About The Position

The Compliance & Audit Field Examiner conducts on-site audits at our dealerships, supports compliance program responsibilities, and delivers training initiatives to strengthen processes and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently, travel to dealership locations, and communicate clearly with leaders in the field
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings accurately and professionally
• Confidence conducting interviews, providing feedback, and supporting corrective action follow-up
• Commitment to daily attendance and timely completion of responsibilities
• Demonstrated alignment with company mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university OR 1–2 years of related experience/training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field audits at Company dealerships
• Lead audit closing interviews with dealership management
• Complete audit reports and share findings with dealership leadership and department leadership
• Identify and document store-level deficiencies , risks, and gaps
• Deliver on-site dealership training as assigned by the Senior Compliance & Audit Manager
• Support compliance and audit initiatives, projects, and special assignments
• Assist department leadership with investigations and follow-up on identified issues
• Help escalate and track discrepancies found through remote audits and on-site training
• Perform other duties as assigned
