The Compliance & Area Property Manager is responsible for leading Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) compliance across an assigned portfolio while simultaneously supporting operational execution in an Area Property Manager capacity. This role is highly compliance-driven, with primary accountability for ensuring all assigned assets maintain full regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and strict adherence to all Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) requirements. This position serves as the central point of accountability for compliance execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational discipline across the portfolio. The Compliance & Area Property Manager ensures that properties are properly documented, operationally aligned, and fully prepared for any internal, lender, investor, or regulatory audits at all times.
