  • You communicate well, lead with professionalism, and are comfortable guiding staff through policies, procedures, education, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support new hire orientation and onboarding education
  • Provide ongoing staff education, in-services, and training support
  • Assist with compliance monitoring, policy education, and regulatory readiness
  • Support competency validation and staff development initiatives
  • Help identify educational needs and opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain standards related to quality and compliance
  • Assist with audits, documentation review, and preparation for surveys or inspections
