NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS What you’ll do as an Education and Compliance professional Coordinate and support new hire orientation and onboarding education Provide ongoing staff education, in-services, and training support Assist with compliance monitoring, policy education, and regulatory readiness Support competency validation and staff development initiatives Help identify educational needs and opportunities for process improvement Collaborate with leadership to maintain standards related to quality and compliance Assist with audits, documentation review, and preparation for surveys or inspections Who you are as a Compliance and Education Professional You are organized, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping others succeed. You understand that education is more than orientation — it’s about creating confidence, accountability, and consistency across a clinical team. You are someone who can balance regulatory expectations, employee development, and operational support while keeping patient care at the center of everything you do.
