Requirements

  • Maintain surplus lines reporting accuracy through proactive documentation checks and timely corrections.
  • Support licensing workflows, including tracking renewals, appointments, and submission requirements.
  • Assist with Department of Insurance complaint research, including gathering policy and underwriting documentation, tracing timelines, and occasionally interviewing retail agents to determine facts.
  • Monitor regulatory communications and assist in implementing updates across internal functions.
  • Maintain compliance records, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation within internal platforms.
  • Collaborate on process improvement, workflow automation, and compliance controls.
  • Utilize tools such as InsuranceNow, HubSpot, AgentSync, and proprietary Delos systems.
